Refined Daily was built to help people reflect on their faith and grow closer to Christ. We are committed to treating your information with care, transparency, and respect.
1. Information We Collect
When account access is available and you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication information necessary to access your account.
When account access is available and you choose to save content within Refined Daily, we store information associated with your account, including generated Bible studies, reflection responses, prayer journal entries, weekly check-in responses, growth journey information, and saved devotional history.
We may also collect usage information, including browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, features used, time spent within the platform, and performance information.
2. What Happens When You Generate a Devotional
When launch access is available and you enter information into prompts such as “Where do you want Jesus to meet you today?”, that information is processed to generate personalized devotional content.

3. How We Use Information
For authorized users and future launch access, we use collected information to create personalized devotionals, generate Bible studies, save your spiritual growth history, provide prayer journaling functionality, improve platform quality, analyze usage trends, prevent abuse, maintain security, and respond to support requests.
4. Churches & Ministry Insights
Individual entries are never shared with churches.
Refined Daily may provide aggregated and anonymized reporting regarding general spiritual themes and trends. These insights do not include individual journal entries, prayer entries, reflection responses, generated devotionals, names, email addresses, account-level activity, or personally identifiable information.
5. Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information under our control.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security of any information.
6. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access information associated with your account, correct inaccurate information, request deletion of your account, request deletion of stored content, or withdraw consent where applicable.
