1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Refined Daily. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use Refined Daily.
2. Purpose of Refined Daily
Refined Daily is a Christian discipleship platform designed to support biblical reflection, personalized devotionals, prayer journaling, spiritual formation, and personal growth.
The platform is intended for spiritual reflection and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for Scripture, prayer, pastoral care, professional counseling, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services.
3. Accounts and User Responsibility
When account creation is available, you may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. AI-Generated Devotional Content
Refined Daily uses artificial intelligence to help generate personalized devotional and spiritual reflection content.
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, incomplete information, or interpretations that should be prayerfully reviewed and compared with Scripture.
Refined Daily does not claim that generated content is a direct message from God, prophetic guidance, professional counseling, or individualized pastoral care.
You are responsible for how you interpret and apply any content generated through the platform.
5. User Content
You may submit reflections, prayers, journal entries, check-ins, and other content through Refined Daily.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Refined Daily permission to process, store, and use that content as needed to provide the platform and its features.
You are responsible for the content you submit and agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, invasive of another person’s privacy, or otherwise inappropriate.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Refined Daily to:
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm another person.
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful content.
- Attempt to access another user’s account.
- Interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
- Copy, resell, or exploit the platform without permission.
- Use the platform for emergency, crisis, medical, legal, or financial decision-making.
7. Platform Availability
We aim to keep Refined Daily available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all features will always be available.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Refined Daily may offer paid plans, subscriptions, or premium features in the future.
Any payment terms, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund policies will be provided when paid features become available.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refined Daily and its owners, operators, service providers, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform.
Refined Daily is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Refined Daily if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk for the platform, or used the platform in a harmful or unlawful manner.
You may stop using Refined Daily at any time.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When updates are made, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of Refined Daily after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
